For your festive meal, whether it's a wedding or a New Year's Eve dinner, you have put the small dishes in the big ones.
No question of not making a beautiful table, well decorated. At this meal guests will be placed.
For original, tasteful and really inexpensive place cards, why not use corks?
Champagne or wine corks, both will do.
1. Collect corks.
2. Make an incision with a knife, on the top of the cork.
3. Cut out pieces of fairly stiff card stock.
4. Mark the names of each guest on the cards, using a thick marker.
5. Insert the cardboard into the slot on the cap.
There you go, your homemade place cards are ready :-)
All you have to do is place them according to your table plan.
