I don't know about you, but I can never put on a needle...
It always takes me forever!
At the same time, it's not easy to fit a little thread into a tiny hole.
Luckily, there's a grandma's trick to threading a needle in 3 seconds flat.
The magic trick to put the thread in the needle is to lay the thread on your hand and rub the needle over it .
Watch the tutorial, it's very simple:
1. Place the thread on the palm of your hand.
2. Hold the needle with the other hand.
3. Place the needle hole at the level of the thread.
4. Make back and forth movements with the needle on the thread.
5. As it moves back and forth, the sewing thread will enter the needle eye by itself.
There you go, in just 3 seconds chrono, you have threaded a needle :-)
Easy, fast and efficient, right?
This trick to pass a thread in a needle is simply magic.
You now know how to put a thread through a needle !
With this technique, threading the sewing needle becomes much easier.
All you have to do is pull the thread that has entered the needle's eye by itself.
You don't need to be a great seamstress or a threader!
It's still easier than aiming for the tiny hole in the needle... Or making a needle threader.
Note : for this trick to work, the eye of the needle must be large enough and the thread must be thick enough.
This trick may not work with very fine needles.
