In the local supermarket? No, not yet at least. You can pick dandelions in yourgarden or in the grasslands .
Where there is grass, there are sure to be dandelions! They look like big jagged rosettes, you can't go wrong.
After cutting them at the base by picking them up, you have to clean them in vinegar water to eliminate any insect that has infiltrated.
Once it's done, just rinse them again, and presto, in the salad bowl with your hard-boiled eggs in vinaigrette.
Dandelions have long been believed to be weeds , me first. When I was little, it was impossible to make me swallow that.
