We all love giving flowers, but how do you find a cheap bouquet?
Buying flowers for yourself or as a gift is often overpriced.
I don't often go to the florist, but it happens to me sometimes. And when I go there, I feel like I've been cheated. Prices are often around €20 to €30 for a small bouquet and can go up to €50 or even €70 for a larger bouquet.
Clearly, at these prices it is not a gift that we can afford to offer every day.
However, it turns out that one of the most obvious places to buy cut flowers is often overlooked:The supermarket!
There are bound to be fewer choices than at a florist and the flowers may be less highlighted, but there are often beautiful bouquets of flowers at much more affordable prices than at the florist.
So the next time you want to buy flowers, go to the supermarket first (you'll sometimes halve the bill more)!
