You say to yourself that good champagne at a nice price , is it impossible to find?
Well, I tell you the opposite!
The crisis has been there and it has affected all areas.
Even the luxury industry and the big champagne producers are obliged to slash their prices at certain times of the year...
Much to the delight of small budgets!
I live in Champagne, so bubbles, I know!
So, I have prepared a small selection of not (too) expensive champagnes for you. .
Here is a selection of champagnes at low prices that you will tell me about. Watch:
Regular customer of Leclerc stores, I discovered their champagne Pol Carson , sold around 21€ per litre.
Some would say "distrust" to me. Well no ! These champagnes are good, I assure you.
In this supermarket, as in some others (Auchan, for example), you can find bottles around 20€.
These champagnes have also been sure values for me for years:two great classics, the Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut and the G.H. Martel &C (Brut Prestique).
In the top three, I also add the Germain Brut.
These three champagnes are all around 20€.
Finally, for lovers of rosé champagne, I recommend two of my Auchan selections:a Veuve Emille .
It is little known, but its value for money is very appreciable.
Without forgetting the Mercier sold for €20.90 which still has its little effect.
For a slightly larger budget, I always prefer the Lanson Black .
More and more appreciated and sold each year, it is the essential of the holidays.
And, in addition, sometimes I give it as a gift, because I find the bottle so pretty...
It takes about 28€ at Auchan.
Also worth noting for a dinner for two is theLaurent Perrier La Cuvée at less than €20 for a half-bottle.
There you go, now you know some cheap and good champagnes :-)
Finally, we are spoiled for choice!
And yet, there are so many others whether at Lidl, Leclerc, Carrefour, Auchan, Intermarché.
You see, you don't have to ruin yourself on an unaffordable premium vintage cuvée to have fun.
There are plenty of champagnes at very low prices that will satisfy your taste buds.
And of course, don't hesitate to take advantage of the current promotions on the lots!
But if you have a budget of less than 10€ per bottle...
I recommend a good Crémant d'Alsace, Bordeaux or Bourgogne rather than a bad champagne.
Especially if it's to make a good cocktail with bubbles!
I just have to wish you a very good tasting, but in moderation all the same.
